Important Information – Lava Show

Arrival Time
Guests are recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled show time to allow enough time for check-in and seating. Once the show begins, late arrivals may not be admitted.

Show Duration
The Lava Show experience lasts approximately 45–50 minutes.

Age Policy

Adults: 13 years and older

Children: 12 years and younger

Cancellation Policy

Individuals (fewer than 15 guests): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the show.

Groups (15 guests or more): Cancellation required at least 72 hours before the show.

Late Arrival or No-Show
Guests who arrive late or do not attend their booking may still be charged the full amount, even if entry is not possible.

Limited Seating
Each show has limited seating capacity, so advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your spot.
